As change orchestrator, I help organizations design a path toward successful transformation to make change happen.
Typically, this means 

  • Ensuring a compelling and clear change story is in place that makes change personal for different target groups,

  • Working closely with top management teams and empowering role models throughout the organization, 

  • Equipping all colleagues with the confidence and skills to rise to new challenges, and

  • Reviewing reinforcing mechanisms and processes to ensure they are in line with the desired mindset and behavior changes.

In today´s fast-paced environment, almost every organization faces the need for constant change. Truly changing behavior at scale, however, is easier said than done. I will work with your team to review the current plan, understand where you stand on the change curve, and prioritize what matters most to accelerate meaningful, lasting change.

The path may include more clearly articulating desired changes in behavior (and underlying mindsets!), revisiting the change story to make change personal, or working closely with top management to ensure consistent role- modeling.

It may also include designing learning and development journeys to enable the organization or reviewing key processes and reinforcing mechanisms, like performance reviews and compensation schemes, to understand their impact as well as any unintended consequences.
